Hooray for Spring (and short sleeves).
Happy one-month-day Little Roo!
To celebrate Little Roo’s birth, my in-laws bought us a dogwood tree to plant and grow. If you remember my Honest Scrap post, my green thumb isn’t, well, green. But I’m willing to give it a shot!
Here’s our attempt at growing this tree… watering it. Too bad the water hose doesn’t reach in this part of the yard. Instead, we just got a watering can.
Our favorite photographer captured these shots of us… both before Little Roo was born and after. I’m in love with these pics! I had a hard time narrowing them down to just these and even so, it’s a lot of pictures!
Okay, so I talk too much to go full-on with Wordless Wednesday. Instead, I’ll give ya “Less Words Wednesday.” Call it a compromise with the blogosphere.
Fall is in full swing. Outside the leaves are changing to fiery reds, rustic oranges and aged yellows. Combine a brilliant blue sky with those changing leaves and it makes me happy to live in the South again.
